Powers/Abilities: Hope is a Mikaelson witch and triggered werewolf. Being the first born witch, she is incredibly powerful. Powerful enough to be a maguffin as a baby with witches alike trying to kill and capture her. But, so powerful that when she loses control, her powers can be catastrophic. She has been well-trained. All the powers that come with being a witch, wielding spells with the flick of a wrist or spoken word. She usually avoids outright dark magic but there's a time and place. She also has enhanced strength, speed, and agility from being a werewolf. When she'd like, she can fully transform into a white wolf and she is 100% aware of her experience as one. She's adept in combat. She is immune to everything Malivore and most memory-altering experiences. Were she to die, she'd wake up a vampire. Her blood is the only living blood that can create a hybrid vampire-werewolf. Her blood also heals as all vampire blood does. She can share memories and go inside someone's mind.

•until recently, Hope believed her being born was a cosmic mistake, that her birth did more harm than good. she promised her father to make him proud and to not let her losses bring her down, but she did spend years keeping people at arms length despite it
• she reacts harshly to betrayal, treating the person who betrayed her very poorly. she holds grudges
• she's getting better at working with others, but she rarely plays nice and tends to deviate on her own, making impulsive decisions.
• she doesn't hesitate to wield any magic she has, but when emotional, her magic can become uncontrollable and volatile
• she doesn't trust easily and has only recently accepted friends and even a boyfriend. but, of that said boyfriend, she focuses on keeping him safe and doesn't much respect him as the Phoenix he is
• she likes to focus on what's better for everybody but there's still a selfish streak inside her
• she can be very, very vengeful when she wants to be
• she has years of trauma she's tried working through including therapy with Emma Tig
• she believes she's the smartest in the room and she acts like it.
• she's still just a teenager who likes to laugh and goof off even though her normal setting is serious
• when someone finally works their way into her heart, she is fiercely loyal. she will stop at nothing to save them if they're in trouble

• if someone has the same grudge that she holds and they are as ruthless as her, she's not above torturing or capturing someone. she has an insatiable bloodlust underneath when she wants to
• she's tasted dark magic and doesn't blink when using it. that intoxicating power doesn't affect her like Josie but the more powerful, the quicker she'll try it
• she angers easily being part werewolf. it someone pisses her off and prods and pushes it isn't pretty
• she has emotional triggers and they aren't pretty. her family, particularly her father. abandonment. betrayal.
• temptation-wise, she's as susceptible to anything supernatural like anyone else
• if she can be the martyr, she will be. she's sacrificed everything before and erased herself. and then hid when she made it back and lied to everyone
• all her life, she's just wanted to belong and to live up to her father's legacy, but to not fall into his mistakes. she wants her being alive to mean something

Envy • when didn't she want the family that the Saltzman's had, the normal(ish) lives of her peers, friends, dates?.
Gluttony • she's a teenager from New Orleans, if you put a plate of beignets in front of her, she will devour them. she also metabolizes well. she's just naturally curvy. but, she's used to big, compelled spreads for breakfast and lunches. what teenager hasn't overindulged.
Wrath • forever lashing out, forever swearing vengeance. taking pleasure in her cruelty to the point of having to be called out on it.
Pride • she takes care in how she looks. she does her make-up. she likes dressing up. most days, she dresses for comfort but she takes pride in it.

Who here was told they were special when they were younger? Bonus points if you actually are.
I'm also looking for shoes with a heel. And a washing machine. Or, does everyone here wash and dry their clothes by hand. My normal techniques for getting blood out aren't doing it. So, I'm open to any suggestions that aren't gross or borderline sacrificial. We're in hell but do we have to act like it?
